| Popeye |

| Popeye was originally a character in a 1930's Betty Boop cartoon. He was enthusiastically embrassed by movie goers and starred in his own series of theatrical cartoons in the 1930s and 1940s. Popeye was originally part of Fleischer Studios which was bought out by Paramount in the 1940s. By the 1950's Popeye cartoons were being made for theatrical and television release by Famous Studios. Popeye remains popular today and we are always looking for originla cel art of this classic character. |
