The only condition is that we must be contacted upon receipt and the art must be returned in good condition within 10 days of receipt. SHIPPING: Continental U.S. - Orders are packed, insured and shipped for only $20.00. We ship UPS Ground Service. Other services and carriers are available for a small additional charge. DIMENSIONS: Dimensions on our web site refer to image size. 12.5" x 10.0" indicates that the image is 12 1/2 inches wide by 10 inches tall. Photographs on our website often cut off a small part of the image. Be sure to ask your sales representative for details. MATTING & FRAMING: Artwork on our website marked as "framed" is matted and framed using quality materials. Our artwork is double matted with acid free matting and framed in black lacquer hardwood frames. Artwork marked unframed is offered with no mat or frame but can be framed for a reasonable additional charge. Ask your sales representative for details. |
