How To Order
Gallery hours are:
Monday - Thursday
from 8:30am until 4pm
Central Time
and Fridays from 8:30
am to 2:00 pm Central
Time.

You may place your order by email or telephone. Please check with your sales representative to
guarantee availability.

PAYMENT: We welcome VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card, bank checks, money orders or
personal checks. Please allow 10 days for personal checks to clear.

LAYAWAY: To layaway art, just make a deposit equal to one half (1/2) of the total cost. We will
reserve the artwork for you. Balance is due within 90 days. Your artwork will be shipped when we
receive your last payment.

GUARANTEES: We have one guarantee - your money back if you are dissatisfied for any reason.
The only condition is that we must be contacted upon receipt and the art must be returned in good
condition within 10 days of receipt.

SHIPPING: Continental U.S. - Orders are packed, insured and shipped for only $20.00. We ship
UPS Ground Service. Other services and carriers are available for a small additional charge. Outside the
Continental U.S. shipping costs vary. Please ask for details.

DIMENSIONS: Dimensions on our web site refer to image size. 12.5" x 10.0" indicates that the
image is 12 1/2 inches wide by 10 inches tall. Photographs on our website often cut off a small part of
the image. Be sure to ask your sales representative for details.

MATTING & FRAMING:  Artwork on our website marked as "framed" is matted and framed using
quality materials. Our artwork is double matted with acid free matting and framed in black lacquer
hardwood frames. Artwork marked unframed is offered with no mat or frame but can be framed for a
reasonable additional charge.  Ask your sales representative for details.
